ARMOR:

Max Armor
-Radiant Rune Prefix on each piece
-3 runes of attunement and best vigor rune u can afford.

USAGE:

General Rundown:

as you approach the mob select a target that will end up being in close proximity to its allies.

-AKA your target will usually end up being the melee class of the mob.

-If the mob has problematic casters such as monks and eles target these above the melee.

Once your group has aggroed cast skills 2-4 on the target.

Spam Necrosis until target is close to half health.

Hit target with "You move like a Dwarf!" followed by "Finish Him!"

If target is not dead use signet of lost souls followed by Necrosis again until dead.

Special Skill Usage:

"You move like a Dwarf!"- is your Tool Box skill. it can be used to interrupt most problematic skills (knockdown), assist in shutdown of enemy monk during your party's spike (knockdown), snare fleeing targets (cripple), snare backline aggro so you squishies can get away (cripple), applying a condition so you can use necrosis(cripple). it can be used even while your using another skill since its a shout allowing you to control enemies without interrupting your spells usage or if your knocked down.

"Finish Him!"- is your second Tool Box skill. While it does not have as much versatility as YmlaD it still provides a good skill for a variety of situations. Its most general usage will be to spike a target that has gone below 50% health. For much more hearty targets that can withstand this build's initial damage output such as Bosses it applies cracked armor and deep wound which hinders healing and increases damage to it.

Necrosis- is your main damage dealing skill due to its fast recharge and low energy requirements. this build provides ample hexes and conditions to fulfill its conditional needs.

These three skills have the added benefit of doing high armor ignoring damage which is what makes this build tick. This damage is still affected by damage reduction skills.

Signet of Lost Souls- is here to provide this energy hungry build an extra source of energy when soul reaping alone isn't cutting it. This skill also allows you to figure out when you target is below 50% health so you can successfully use "Finish Him!".

hey i got a tip for all you necromancers out there. using purple and green dye on many of the armors for the necro class result in a color i refer to as "poor man's black" and in many cases looks better than straight black on the armor. so far i have seen great results on all necrotic and cultist armors.

well i was at a 4.68 before he voted and it dropped it down to a 4.2, other ppl have given it high votes after that since i made kinda of a stink about it on his user page, and he was only one of two ppl out of 9 so far that have given it anything below a 4.5 overall.

thanks =), i dont post builds too often anymore for ppl to rate etc because of the elitists up there who like to shoot down builds that dont use skills they like. i make most of them on my user page. i think the BiP Cryer build could fare well so i might end up posting it in the builds section and see if it gets a good rating.
